What We Check Before Shipment
Every production lot passes these checkpoints; inspection reports are available on request.
Material Verification
Steel grade and polymer type confirmed by certificate; incoming material spot-checked.
Thread Accuracy
Thread gauges verify pitch and diameter — G1/2, M8, M10 must screw in smoothly to full engagement.
Load Testing
Sample feet proof-loaded to rated capacity; compression set checked on rubber and nylon parts.
Dimensional Checks
Height range, base diameter and adjustment travel verified against drawing.
Finish & Corrosion
Plating thickness and polish inspected; salt-spray resistance confirmed for stainless lines.
Packing Integrity
Count, protection and carton strength verified before container loading.
